PLANNING
We undertake planning applications for all types and sizes of projects we deal with permitted development applications as well as sites with in green belt. We also under take projects with in a conservation area and with grade listing.
We have a very good pass rate for our applications as we try to work with the council on achieving an approval and the best for our clients.
BUILDING CONTROL
Our Building control department can help in assisting to provide drawings and advice for your building control requirements. As we are partners with LABC our drawings if requested can be checked and approved by our local authority. STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Our engineering team can help in providing drawings and justification for your projects. We use computerised structural modelling software to provide designs for a range of structural requirements.
PROJECT MANAGMENT
If you have a project which you don't have the time of the knowledge to do let us know any we can manage the project for you. with our expertise in the building industry we can make sure that the work is done correctly and to your specification.
CONSTRUCTION
