Singh Sabha Sports Centre: 2016

We were appointed by Singh Sabha Gurdwara community to assist in obtaining planning permission for a proposed GYM for their local community. We were successful in gaining planning permissonion for a structure to house the new GYM within the site which sites on green belt land.

Once planning was approved we were then appointed to prepare building control and structural drawings. Building works are to start soon.

Due to the good progress and service we were appointed by the Singh Sabha Committee to assist in further development at the Singh Sabha Sports Centre.

Central Gurdwara (Khalsa Jatha) Sikh Temple: 2016

- Appointed by The Virdee Foundation -

We were appointed by The Virdee Foundation assist in structural renovations and alterations that the design team were proposing. We where acting structural engineers and architects for this project.

The Gurdwara the first in the whole of Europe dating back to 1969 has undergone a complete transformation and modernisation n

We are now in talks with further large scale projects with Peter Virdees development team.

- Multi £ Million house renovation & extension -

The most challenging project that we have worked on we were required to be the appointed Architects and Structural Engineer for this multi £ million property in one of the most challenging areas of the England this property is situated in a conservation area and has grade 2 listing.
